Other Expenses: Your responsibility

•Transportation to and from the hotel upon arrival and departure

•Transportation for leisure activities (try to go in groups/share costs)

•Other Meals, Snacks, and Beverages

 

*Reasonable meal expenses for dinner outside of conference meals are reimbursable.  No alcohol expenses or miscellaneous personal items including souvenirs or gifts will not be reimbursed.
